Over twenty years of using Primavera Scheduling software (P3 – P6) to develop and update resource and cost loaded CPM schedules.  Use Microsoft Office for reports and graphs.  Hold direct and contract positions with Owners as a representative, EPC General Contractors, and Specialty Sub-Contractors. Work with both union and non-union contractors.  Apply Lump Sum, Unit Price, Cost Plus (fixed percentage, fixed fee, Guaranteed Maximum Price), and T&M contracts. Handle green field, brown field, (O/M), and (TAR) projects.

Work with stakeholders to develop detailed schedules for their portion of project responsibilities.

Use EVM to perform trend analyses of progressed working schedule against baseline.

Chair schedule meetings to review progress and highlight any critical or near critical activities.

Offer suggestions for work a rounds and schedule recovery.
